Job summary

Reporting to the HR Director, you will develop personnel policies, assist with disciplinary matters and investigations, and contribute to position descriptions and classifications.

Qualifications

• Identifies training needs related to supervisory and leadership development and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates delivery of training and tracks training completion.
• Supervises a small staff of recruiters and oversees full-cycle recruitment.
• Works with legal staff to develop and recommend personnel policies and procedures.
• Assists with investigations and counsels employees and supervisors on disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Assistant to the Human Resource Director.
• Supports classification reviews by drafting position descriptions and collecting input from incumbents and supervisors.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and policy alignment across HR functions.
• Oversees recruitment activities and staffing processes.
• Partners with legal staff on personnel investigations and policy updates.
