Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR staff and cross-functional teams to support daily HR operations at the distribution center.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure timely data entry and processing.
• Compile HRIS data and prepare reports to inform decisions and planning.
• Process status changes, terminations, and updates with high accuracy and timeliness.
