Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process employee changes in ADP, including hires, pay adjustments, and deductions.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation, and maintain HR records.
• Support recruitment activities, interviews, and job fairs.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, communications, and HR programs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Department and prepare HR documents.
