Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (associate degree a plus) and proven multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment, with strong interpersonal communication to interact with employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; 3 years clerical/administrative experience preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and general ledger entries.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and orientation activities across departments.
• Manage benefits administration including annual open enrollment.
• Assist with recruiting: post positions, review applications, conduct phone interviews.
