Job summary

PSC Group is seeking an HR Assistant to provide administrative support for HR processes and assist with onboarding, file maintenance, and data entry. The role requires handling confidential information with care and coordinating with HR teammates on scheduling and communication.

The ideal candidate will respond to basic employee inquiries and prepare HR documents, while supporting the broader HR team to maintain accurate and confidential records.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative and clerical support for HR processes
• Assists with onboarding, file maintenance, and data entry
• Responds to basic employee inquiries and directs complex matters as needed
• Prepares HR documents
