Job summary

PSC Group in Houston seeks a Financial Analyst to conduct complex financial analysis, forecasting, and monthly results review for an assigned line of business. You will provide insights to support revenue, profitability, and strategic objectives.

The role requires a degree in finance or accounting and 2–5 years of experience, strong Excel modeling, and experience with NetSuite, Power BI or OneStream. You will prepare executive level reporting and help leaders understand financial performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and reporting tools (Power BI, OneStream) is preferred.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with ability to distill data into insights.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to lead multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior executives.
