Job summary

Acadian Asset Management is seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned business areas. You will partner with hiring managers, develop strategies, and engage high-quality talent to build strong pipelines and deliver a thoughtful candidate experience.

The role supports a hybrid work environment with on-site presence in Boston three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of recruiting experience, ideally within financial services, investment management, or technology.
• Experience managing full life cycle recruiting across multiple business areas and levels.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and support talent acquisition across the firm. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and identify and engage high-quality talent. You’ll manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned business areas, from sourcing and candidate evaluation through interview coordination and offer support. You’ll also help build strong talent pipelines through relationships with various channels. This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we attract and engage talent while delivering a thoughtful, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Acadian supports a hybrid work environment, with employees working on-site in our Boston office three days per week.

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and includes participation in Acadian’s comprehensive benefits program, which includes health, retirement, and wellness offerings.
