Job summary

The Council of Superior Court Judges is seeking a Human Resources-AP Generalist to support accounts payable, payroll, and HR functions. Under supervision, you will analyze transactions, ensure accuracy, and maintain documentation while upholding internal controls and GAAP standards.

You will interact with judges, public, and staff, handle monthly reconciliations, prepare reports, and support open enrollment and benefits communications. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of cumulative experience in a professional accounting environment.
• Experience with GA@Work or similar financial system.
• Ability to organize work and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Applies GAAP when analyzing accounting transactions and other relevant data.
• Reconciles monthly retirement and health transactions and prepares reports.
• Distributes new hire packets and separation notices.
• Maintains the New Hire/Termination/Transfer worksheet and reports monthly.
• Provides accounting support to fiscal and council staff.
