Job summary

The W.K. Kellogg Foundation is seeking a Talent and Human Resources Analyst to support THR functions across total rewards, talent management, development and acquisition. The role emphasizes analytics, reporting and cross‑functional collaboration to advance workforce strategy.

You will configure HRIS modules, prepare dashboards, and partner with internal teams and external partners to drive data‑driven decisions aligned with the foundation’s culture and ends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and legal requirements.
  • Knowledge of performance management and market-based pay practices; recognition and reward/bonus programs.
  • Certifications such as CCP, CBP, CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP are helpful.
  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Advanced Excel and HRIS skills; strong technical/statistical capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills for confidential matters.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, implement and maintain HRIS modules and systems; ensure data integrity and integration.
  • Act as liaison with technology, finance, governance and compliance for reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with preparing and delivering presentations; incorporate audience feedback.
  • Prepare filings in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Support design and communication of employment policies, plans and procedures.
  • Support workforce planning, forecasting and succession planning.
  • Assist with sourcing, screening and hiring for key roles.
  • Help develop organizational career frameworks and capability models.
  • Track ROI for training and learning initiatives.
