Job summary

Impact Advisors, LLC is seeking an HR Specialist to transform HR data into actionable insights, optimize processes, and enhance employee experience. You will develop dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/Excel, support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance, and partner with HR/IT to ensure data accuracy.

A Bachelor's in HR/Business/Data Analytics and 2–4 years of HR analytics experience are preferred. Remote-friendly, M-F schedule with potential for an annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain employee records and HRIS data in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Support recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer letters.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and positive employee experiences.
• Assist in benefits administration, open enrollment, and responding to employee inquiries.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
• Support employee relations by helping resolve workplace issues and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from HRIS, performance evaluations, and surveys.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in employee performance, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and system integration.
• Support compliance reporting and audit requirements while maintaining data privacy and confidentiality.
• Assist in predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast HR outcomes.

• Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or relevant analytics certifications are a plus.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of core HR functions: talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to translate complex HR data into actionable insights.

• Work Schedule: M-F, remote.
• Travel: minimal, if any.
• For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
