The HR Intern supports the North America HR team on defined, project-based assignments in people analytics, HR documentation, and talent programs. This is a structured learning role designed to give the intern exposure to HR practices in a global medical technology organization. The intern works under direct supervision on discrete deliverables with a defined start and end date, and does not carry ongoing operational ownership of any HR process.
This position is project‑based and does not include employee relations casework, benefits or leave administration, payroll processing, personnel file or I‑9 maintenance, HRIS transaction processing, or access to individually identifiable compensation, medical, or investigation records. The intern does not represent the company in any employment matter and holds no signature authority.
