Lilly’s HR internship offers undergraduates a 10‑week experience spanning Recruiting, Talent Management, and HR Technology. You will deliver an assigned HR project, interact with leaders, and learn Lilly’s AI tools with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality and ethics.

Intern events, mentoring, and potential full-time opportunities accompany the program. All interns gain exposure to global HR practices within the pharmaceutical industry, developing professional business skills and leadership

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in HR Management, Business Administration, Business/Data Analytics, Organizational Psychology, or related field with an expected Aug 2028 graduation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your assigned team and cross-functional stakeholders in an inclusive way reflecting Lilly values.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data (recruiting metrics, survey results, workforce trends) to identify insights and inform recommendations.
• Research and benchmark HR best practices and processes relevant to your project.
• Deliver progress updates and presentations to project team, HR leaders, and stakeholders.
• Develop data-driven solutions addressing the business need defined in your project scope.
• Prepare and present final project highlights, findings, and recommendations to senior leaders.
