Job summary

TBC Corporation seeks an HRIS Analyst to optimize HR technology and data processes, delivering accurate workforce analytics and actionable insights. You will partner with HR and leaders to improve data integrity, reporting, and system performance across HCM modules.

You will design dashboards, perform data quality reviews, and support testing of enhancements, upgrades and integrations, ensuring alignment with HR processes and business goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in HCM and Organizational Management modules, supporting both end-user needs and system configuration activities.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize HRIS reports and analytics using tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP Ad Hoc Reporting, SAP Query, and EPI-USE Query Manager.
• Design and deliver complex reporting dashboards by integrating data from multiple sources, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and other business systems, utilizing data tables, queries, and advanced reporting expressions.
• Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Execute and support mass data updates and master data maintenance activities while ensuring data integrity and compliance with established standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions and process improvements.
• Stay informed on emerging HR technology trends, system enhancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement within HRIS processes and capabilities.
• Conduct regular audits and data quality reviews to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee and organizational data within HR systems.
• Develop and execute testing plans for system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new functionality to validate expected outcomes and ensure alignment with HR processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HRIS functionality, reporting capabilities, data governance, and user experience.
• Provide support, guidance, and training to end users on HRIS processes, reporting tools, and system functionality.
• Other duties as assigned.
