Job summary

Georgia System Operations Corporation seeks an HR Process Improvement & Analytics Intern in Tucker, GA for Summer 2027. This full-time on-site internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, analytics, records management, and continuous improvement projects.

You will work with experienced HR professionals to digitize records, support audit readiness, analyze data, and propose practical recommendations to strengthen workforce effectiveness and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Management, Analytics, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments with supervision and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, learning-oriented approach to working with employees and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support HR effectiveness, workforce planning, and process improvement initiatives.
• Digitize personnel files and organize administrative records.
• Assist with audit readiness, research, and data analysis to inform decisions.
• Document and improve onboarding and other HR workflows through process mapping.
• Prepare process documentation, presentations, and reports for leadership review.
