Job summary

IFC - International Finance Corporation in Washington DC invites an Analyst to join the Skills & Organizational Effectiveness group within CHRSO. You will support organizational design, workforce planning, and people analytics to drive productivity and workforce insights.

You’ll collaborate with People Insights and Budget teams, develop data-driven recommendations, and help maintain OE dashboards while applying AI-enabled tools to HR processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in a global organization (or Bachelor's with 4+ years).
• Experience in organizational effectiveness and HR analytics.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and practical application for automation.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational design and OE initiatives and maintain OE Dashboard and data.
• Develop tools and materials enabling HR Client Services to apply OE methodologies.
• Ensure organization data remains current and provide guidance on team structures.
• Analyze workforce planning and staffing metrics to support HR programs.
