This role supports policy adherence, conducts investigations, and manages HR metrics, preparing reports and visual presentations for leadership. The position focuses on managing employee data across the lifecycle, analyzing turnover trends, absenteeism, and exit data, and developing dashboards to monitor key HR

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising on employee relations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy during lifecycle events.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and exit data.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor HR indicators such as engagement and compliance trends.
• Advise supervisors on workplace conflicts, performance issues, and policy adherence.
• Present findings with charts and executive summaries to inform leadership decisions.
