GlobalFoundries seeks an HR Analytics intern to apply predictive analytics and people metrics to produce strategic insights for workforce decision‑making. You will support staffing planning, reporting systems and collaboration with HR to meet organizational objectives.

You will work with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python and R, and you must be a sophomore pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree with a 3.0+ GPA and a 40-hour week availability.

Qualifications

• Sophomore status and active pursuit of a relevant Bachelor’s degree during the internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• English fluency (written & verbal) required.
• Able to commit to 40 hours per week during internship.

• Applies advanced analytics, people metrics and reporting to develop workforce insights and decisions.
• Drives workforce planning and modelling efficiencies with HR data.
• Partners with HR to identify staffing priorities and solutions.
• Provides enhanced reporting and data-driven recommendations.
