GlobalFoundries is seeking an HR Analytics intern to apply predictive analytics and people metrics to workforce decision-making. You’ll develop insights for staffing, learning, talent management and diversity while partnering with HR to drive priorities.

Ideal candidates are sophomores pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a 3.0+ GPA, strong English communication skills and a willingness to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with ≥3.0 GPA.
• English fluency (written & verbal) required.
• Ability to commit to full-time hours (40/week) during internship.

Responsabilités

• Apply and integrate advanced analytics and HR metrics to drive workforce decisions.
• Develop strategic, operational and financial insights for staffing, development and diversity.
• Create and deliver enhanced reporting and dashboards with Power BI/Tableau.
• Collaborate with HR to identify priorities and model resource planning.
