Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented student to support HR Analytics and the Global Compensation team. The intern will work cross‑functionally with HR Centers of Excellence to enhance existing processes and help develop global Total Rewards programs.

This internship offers mentorship, exposure to data analytics and compensation benchmarking, open enrollment support, and opportunities to network with executives.

Qualifications

• Sophomore standing and active pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and in good academic standing.
• English language proficiency (written & verbal).
• Commitment to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to complete a project with global impact and share reporting, insights, and feedback with GF HR leadership.
• Analyze compensation and benefits datasets to enable data-driven HR decisions.
• Assist with salary benchmarking and other Total Rewards processes as needed.
• Support Total Rewards activities such as open enrollment and employee communications, and participate in intern development and networking.
