Qualifications

• Sophomore status and pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree.

• English language fluency (written & verbal).
• Willingness to commit to at least 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Applies and integrates advanced analytics, people metrics and reporting for workforce decision-making.
• Drives efficiencies in resource planning through modelling.
• Partners with HR to identify priorities and staffing requirements.
• Provides enhanced reporting systems and timely data assessments.
• Supports Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements as needed.
