Job summary

GlobalFoundries inc. Malta is seeking a high-potential New College Graduate to join the Human Resources team supporting the Fab 9 Manufacturing organization. You will partner with HR Business Partners and site leaders to translate business priorities into practical people plans and workforce actions.

You will learn to analyze workforce data in Workday, develop insights, and support change-management activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Data Analytics or related field from an accredited program.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
• English language fluency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Partners and manufacturing leaders to translate priorities into workforce plans and actions.
• Support talent and performance routines: goal setting, calibration, development planning, succession, retention reviews, and documentation.
• Analyze workforce data from Workday to identify trends and build concise insights and dashboards.
