Foremost Farms internship program offers hands-on, real-world HR analytics projects in a supportive learning environment. Interns may work on-site or in a hybrid setting, collaborating with experienced professionals to deliver strategic HR insights.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, business analytics, or related fields, with strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills. The program runs from early June 2027 through mid-August 2027, with travel to Foremost plant

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in HR, business analytics, statistics, data analytics, organizational leadership, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data and organize HR reports.
• Identify trends and insights related to hiring, retention, engagement, and development.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning and workforce planning.
