Envoy Air, the largest regional airline and a subsidiary of American Airlines, is offering a paid 11-week summer internship in Irving, Texas. You will join the Compensation & Benefits group to learn how market pay, benefits, and 401(k) programs are researched and implemented.

The internship emphasizes data collection/analysis, researching market pay across Envoy markets, and supporting benefits enrollment and relocation benefit proposals.

Formación

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Human Resource Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Capital Management, or related Business degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Highly self-motivated with effective time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Must read/write and speak English fluently.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
