Envoy Air is seeking a college intern to join the Envoy Employee Technology team in Irving, TX for an 11-week summer internship. You will work as a Financial Analyst in HRIS/Reporting, gaining hands-on experience across HR data, project management and process improvements while being mentored by a dedicated HRIS Manager.

The role requires strong data skills, communication, and the ability to work across teams.

Formación

• Minimum age of 18
• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in MIS, Economics, Organizational Management or HR Management
• Must be classified as a Junior or Senior at start of internship
• GPA of 3.25 or higher
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present data to all levels of management
• Willing and able to travel
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Legal right to work in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning and coordinating HRIS projects and system improvements, including tracking tasks, timelines, milestones, risks, and action items
• Support change management activities that help employees and leaders understand and prepare for changes to HR systems, processes, and tools
• Help develop project and change management materials, including communications, presentations, job aids, training resources, project updates, and other documentation
• Participate in meetings and working sessions with the HRIS team and business partners to learn about business processes, gather feedback and requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with testing, implementation, and change readiness activities for HRIS enhancements and new functionality
• Gain hands-on experience in HRIS, project management, change management, process improvement, and employee technology while supporting cross-functional initiatives
• The Intern, Envoy Employee Technology will report to the Manager, Envoy HRIS and Reporting
