Envoy Air, the largest regional airline and a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines, is offering a paid 11-week summer internship in Dallas/Fort Worth. You will support the DFW Airport Operations team as an operational analyst, learning how the team analyzes performance, identifies trends, and drives improvements.

The role provides exposure to Hub Control Center operations, delay analysis, staffing, and planning, with the chance to develop dashboards and present actionable insights.

Formación

• Minimum age 18
• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business Management, Management - General, Aviation Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field
• Must be Junior, Senior, or Graduate student at start of internship
• 3.0 minimum GPA
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to present data to all levels of management
• Must be willing and able to travel
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Possess the legal right to work in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Analyze operational performance data including on-time performance, delay drivers, baggage performance, and operational reliability
• Partner with Workforce Planning and DFW station leadership to evaluate staffing and forecast-versus-actual performance
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations translating data into actionable insights
• Support Hub Control Center and airport-wide process improvement initiatives
• Assist in operational readiness planning for terminal construction and facility changes
• Participate in operational observations and field visits
• Complete internship project and present findings to DFW Operations leadership
