Envoy Air in Irving, TX offers a paid 11-week summer internship for college students. You will gain real-world HR analytics experience, building a professional network within Envoy Air and the American Airlines group.

You will work with Talent Development to analyze data across programs, create templates and guides, and establish efficient processes. Expect to use Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to inform planning, and Power Automate to automate communications.

Formación

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and data analytics ability.
• Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI and Power Automate/Power Apps preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data across programs to support strategic planning and develop data templates and guides.
• Collaborate with Talent Development to optimize program structures based on findings.
• Use Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze program data for planning.
• Create Power Automate flows to automate emails/notifications.
• Evaluate team structures and workflows to offer efficiency recommendations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on development initiatives and culture.
