Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking an HR Analyst to turn complex workforce data into actionable insights. The role spans HR analytics, compensation, reporting, and HRIS, partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR analytics or compensation, strong Excel, and experience with HRIS systems. The position is hybrid in Brentwood, TN with a broad exposure to People Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 1–3 years HR analytics or compensation experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking using external survey sources and labor market data.
• Analyze salary structures, pay ranges, and employee compensation to support equitable pay practices.
• Support annual merit, bonus, and incentive planning processes.
• Assist with job evaluations and market assessments for new and existing positions.
• Prepare data-driven compensation analyses and recommendations for HR leadership.
• Monitor compensation trends and identify pay equity concerns or gaps.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate monthly commission and incentive calculations.
• Maintain compensation plan documentation and distribute plan materials.
• Look for ways to improve compensation administration through automation and stronger controls.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards across headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, diversity, compensation, engagement.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs with HR leadership.
• Create dashboards and executive presentations to simplify complex data.
• Audit data integrity across HR systems and reporting platforms.
• Support ATS/LMS/HRIS administration and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies.
