Responsibilities

Oversee headcount for hourly, salaried, and temporary positions.
Create daily/weekly/monthly headcount reports and daily attendance report.
Prepare and oversee yearly business plans including manpower plans.
Oversee and track all headcount changes including hiring, attrition, transfers, etc.
Develop methods to report cross-functional HR analytics and metrics.
Prepare and oversee department budgets and expenses.
Analyze HR trends to improve programs and processes.
Maintain data integrity of department reporting systems.
Manage expatriate relocation to Montgomery, including housing, utilities and school arrangements.
Maintain expatriate staff database with housing, visa, family and school info.
Support USA guide updates to help expatriate staff acclimate and self-sufficiently.
