Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR support for workforce development initiatives and adjunct faculty staffing.
• Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing HR tasks for CCWA and adjunct/temporary personnel.
• Serve as HR liaison to CCWA, academic schools, and department leaders.
• Conduct HR data analysis, workforce reporting, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with CCEA, college, VCCS, DHRM, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders and resolve issues.
