Job summary

River Parishes Community College seeks an HR Analyst to provide comprehensive coordination and administrative support across HR functions, focusing on benefits and retirement administration, recruitment, records management, and general HR operations. The role supports HR leadership and ensures confidential handling of information.

The successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree in HR or related field and at least four years of experience (or a bachelor’s degree).

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required in HR-related field.
• Four (4) years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of HR administrative processes, benefits and retirement administration, recruitment, and records management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with HR information systems and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process employee benefit enrollments and changes.
• Coordinate TRSL transactions and retirement processing.
• Coordinate recruitment and hiring activities from request to hire completion.
• Maintain and audit personnel, benefits, retirement, and recruitment records.
• Provide administrative support for HR operations and professional development coordination.
