Samsung Electronics America is seeking an AI Specialist to build, test, and support AI and automation solutions for the North America Shared Service Center. You will work hands-on with SSC teams to capture requirements, maintain AI knowledge content, and drive day-to-day adoption.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years in HR tech, with hands-on AI experience. You will help maintain HR content, enable adoption, and prepare value reports for leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR technology, process improvement, automation or digital tools.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
• Knowledge of Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain AI solutions, such as HR AI agent knowledge base, prompts, workflows and automations.
• Gather requirements and document processes with SSC teams; test solutions and support launches.
• Create training and enablement materials; support AI literacy sessions; report AX status and value.
