Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an AI Product & Innovation Owner to lead AI initiatives for HR and Employee Experience across its global workforce. The role focuses on discovering AI use cases, defining requirements, and prototyping GenAI-based solutions, including prompting and low-code approaches.

You will build POCs, conduct market research, and manage stakeholders across HR, IT, and the AI Hub, with a strong emphasis on independent ownership within a global team.
