Job summary

Eastman Corporate Headquarters in Kingsport, TN seeks an experienced HR Advisor to partner with business leaders and employees. You will guide employee relations, talent development, compliance, and organizational development, reporting to an HR Leader.

You will implement HR initiatives that boost workforce capability and engagement, while preparing for higher HR leadership roles within a dynamic global mid-size company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of progressive HR experience; corporate/global environment preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data to inform decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource and coach to leaders, line managers and employees on complex HR matters.
• Lead and coordinate HR processes including talent development, succession planning, and compensation adjustments.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues in partnership with HR partners, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate HR projects and change initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and a positive workplace culture.
• Support HR Representatives by providing guidance and sharing best practices to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR leaders and business leadership to align HR strategies with operational needs.
• Promote ethical behavior and compliance across the organization.
