Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Experience in employee benefits administration or HR is strongly preferred.
• Service-oriented and customer-focused approach to the role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members, management, and vendors.
• Proficiency with HR information systems and software tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, error-free work.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Initiative and accountability for driving issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, accurate, and confidential support to US-based team members and alumni regarding benefit plans and HR processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for benefit-related questions via phone and email.
• Assist with communication, education, and enrollment activities for benefit plans.
• Support employees during qualifying life events and explain impacts on benefits.
• Interface with third-party administrators and carriers to resolve issues.
• Maintain data and documentation in HR systems and generate reports.
• Participate in benefit education sessions and new-hire orientation.
• Contribute to HR projects and other Employee Service Center initiatives.
