Eastman in Kingsport, Tennessee is seeking an entry-level Human Resources Representative to support day-to-day HR responsibilities and advise front-line leaders and employees on a variety of HR matters.

You will coordinate talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, reporting to an experienced HR Leader and contributing to a high-performance, safety-focused culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Previous HR experience preferred.
• PHR or other HR certification a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience a plus.
• Ability to translate HR knowledge into practical recommendations and solutions.
• Commitment to ethical behavior and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a resource to front line managers, providing guidance on employee relations and HR processes.
• Coordinate and support annual HR processes and projects for assigned organizations.
• Support employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution.
• Provide guidance on HR policies to managers and employees.
• Assist with talent and succession planning activities.
• Perform compensation analysis for internal transfers, adjustments, or promotions.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent HR service delivery.
