This is a hands-on, highly organized role for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems, working with people, and making sure the details are taken care of. You'll work closely with employees, managers, and the HR team across onboarding, benefits, employee records, HR systems, compliance, and recruiting support.

If you're someone who likes being the person others can count on, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to build your HR career, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.

  • Keep employee information, changes, and documentation up to date in our HRIS.

  • Partner with employees and managers to make sure HR processes are clear and easy to navigate.

Keep HR Running Smoothly

  • Assist with benefits administration, including reviewing monthly invoices and working with vendors to resolve discrepancies.

  • Support payroll and timekeeping administration by reviewing information and helping coordinate corrections.

  • Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other materials.

  • Help maintain required compliance documentation and track important deadlines.

  • Support recruiting efforts through job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre‑employment requirements.

  • Jump in on HR projects and other initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you bring:

  • Experience with onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll/timekeeping, or HRIS systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

  • Experience with iSolved is a plus.

  • Construction industry experience is a plus.

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
