- 3+ years of progressive experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar HR leadership professional.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Experience developing and supporting effective employee onboarding processes.
- Strong employee relations skills with the ability to address workplace concerns, grievances, and sensitive employee matters professionally and confidentially.
- Experience administering performance review processes and supporting managers with employee feedback and development.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processes, HR policies, and employee handbooks.
- Ability to identify training and development needs and coordinate programs that support employee growth.
- Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and payroll systems; experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential employee information.
- Construction or general contracting industry experience is preferred but not required.

The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, training, and company policies.
