Overview

HR Administrator

Full Time- Remote

Full Bloom is seeking an HR Administrator to join our centralized HR Service Center as an onboarding support specialist. This role manages key employee processes, ensures compliance, and supports HR initiatives and projects. Responsibilities include handling onboarding documents, background checks, certification verifications, document management, audits, and employee data updates for the (insert division) Division of FullBloom.

Pay for this role starts at $22/hour and is based on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Management: Collect, verify, and file onboarding documents for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion, especially for roles involving minors in education settings.
  • Background Check Coordination: Administer and track background checks, ensuring proper documentation and communication of results.
  • Certifications and Licensures: Maintain and verify employee certifications, manage renewals, and communicate upcoming expirations.
  • Document Reclassification: Manage employee documents within the UKG Document Manager system for compliance and accessibility.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure accuracy and legal compliance, and prepare reports with corrective actions.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support and Collaboration: Work with HR team members on initiatives and assist employees with HR policies and procedures.
  • Phone line and Ticket Support: Handle HR tickets and calls, resolving requests promptly, including employment verifications.
  • UKG Platform Navigation: Use the UKG platform to manage employee information, process transactions, and generate reports.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience; OR
  • Associate’s degree or higher with a focus in Human Resources and 1 year HR administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working remotely.
  • Previous HR role involving onboarding, compliance, and data management.
  • Familiarity with UKG Document Manager or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
  • Experience with HR software like HCM systems and ATS platforms.
  • Understanding of the education industry.

Posted Salary Range: USD $22.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.

Physical Requirements: Remote role supporting during EST hours; occasional travel for training or professional development.
