Forvia, a leading sustainable mobility technology company, is seeking a year-round HR Intern for its headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role reports to the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) team and provides administrative support across People Services and Global Mobility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communication or related field.
• Available for on-site responsibilities 3 days per week.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Results orientation with strong written and oral communication skills.

• International mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and Faurecia’s Codes.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to employees in People Services and Global Mobility.
• Support HR processes and digitization efforts.
• Assist with I-9 Compliance Management and Payroll Compliance tasks.
• Handle HR-related invoicing and purchase requests.
• Assist with Mobile Device Administration.
• Support facilities with front desk duties and other tasks.
