Job summary

Fox Valley Technical College is seeking Adjunct Instructors to facilitate learning and develop instructional strategies across hybrid, in-person, online, and virtual formats at the Appleton Main Campus. The role emphasizes delivering diverse delivery modalities and continuous curriculum development to prepare graduates for their careers.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years of relevant experience, with exceptions possible for urgent

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years full-time occupational experience; within past 5 years.
• Exceptions may be approved by the VP for emergency staffing or specialized qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitation – Foster student learning with instructional strategies and engagement.
• Create learning experiences that integrate instructional technologies for hybrid, in-person, virtual, and online delivery.
• Assessment – Assess student learning and provide regular feedback; use data to improve outcomes.
• Curriculum Development – Develop and revise competency-based curriculum aligned with employer expectations.
• Classroom Management – Maintain attendance, grades, safety, and organized materials.
• Team Participation – Engage in division, department and team activities and budgeting.
• Business & Community Engagement – Build relationships with community and partners; participate in recruitment events.
• Student Success & Support – Advise students on schedules, internships, and career information.
• Professional Development – Pursue ongoing development and maintain licensure and QA requirements.
