• Learning Facilitation: develop strategies and use multiple delivery methods (hybrid, in-person, online).
• Assessment: provide feedback and use data to improve outcomes.
• Curriculum Development: revise materials to align with employer expectations.
• Classroom Management: maintain attendance, grading, and safety.
• Team Participation: engage in division and program activities.
• Business & Community Engagement: build relationships with partners and recruit students.
• Student Success & Support: advise students on schedules, internships, and program info.
• Professional Development: pursue continuous teaching improvement and licensure upkeep.
