The position is per-course, part-time, with about 8.75 hours per week. Required: Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 2 years of relevant occupational experience; LMS proficiency and strong communication are

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of two years full-time (or 4,000 hours) of occupational experience in the program area.
• One year within five years prior to appointment; waiver possible for qualified instructors.

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitation: develop instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs and engage learners across delivery modes (hybrid, in-person, virtual, online).
• Assessment: measure learning, provide feedback, and use data to improve course outcomes.
• Classroom Management: maintain attendance/grade records and safe instructional environment.
• Team Participation: collaborate with department and stay current with changes.
• Business & Community Engagement: build relationships with community and industry partners.
• Student Success & Support: advocate for students and support retention and achievement.
• Professional Development: pursue ongoing teaching knowledge and obtain licensure for accreditation.
