You will support HR and accounting functions, maintain records, and assist in onboarding. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR, hands-on accounting familiarity, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience with QuickBooks and Odoo is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related HR/Accounting education.
• Minimum two years HR experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks and accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer collections and vendor payments.
• Review and approve expense reports in alignment with company policies.
• Maintain and update the general ledger and prepare journal entries.
• Support bookkeeping, budgeting, accounts payable, payment processing, and financial reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate employee and financial records and organize files.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and participate in interviews.
