Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a construction environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly job cost reports and project-level P&L summaries.
• Manage payroll processing and track PTO.
• Onboard new hires and maintain employee records.
