Job summary

Office of State Human Resources Temporary Solutions is seeking an Agency HR Consultant II (S) to oversee ADA accommodations and guidance for a large state workforce. The role requires strong HR knowledge and collaboration with legal and leadership teams.

The position involves managing the accommodations process, ensuring ADA compliance, and delivering training to HR partners and supervisors. Remote/hybrid work options are available with in-office requirements two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 2 years of experience; or GED with 5 years HR experience; or equivalent combo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer workplace accommodation requests across 15,000-employee workforce.
• First-level ADA determinations and guidance to leadership and HR teams.
• Manage daily accommodations operations, ensure ADA compliance, and provide training.
