Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced Business Transformation & Operational Excellence Leader to help drive transformation and operational excellence across its North America Commercial organization, serving as the Healthineers Performance System (HPS) lead for the North America Commercial organization.

HPS is the Siemens Healthineers' approach to continuous improvement and enterprise transformation. It brings together proven methods from Lean management, Agile methodologies, design thinking, strategy execution, and organizational change management to help teams solve complex problems, improve end-to-end performance, and deliver measurable, sustainable business outcomes at scale.

As the HPS lead for the North America Commercial organization, you will partner with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities, lead transformation initiatives, and build a culture of continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will combine the mindset of a transformation leader, the discipline of a Lean practitioner, and the credibility of a trusted advisor. They will be equally comfortable facilitating a Kaizen workshop, coaching senior leaders, leading a transformation program, and translating data into actionable business decisions.
