Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced Healthineers Performance System (HPS) Expert to drive transformation and operational excellence across our North America Commercial organization. The role combines Lean, Agile, design thinking, and change management to improve end-to-end performance and deliver measurable business impact.

You will partner with senior leaders, design operating models, lead workshops and Kaizen events, coach leaders, and use data to track progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or enterprise transformation.
• Deep knowledge of Lean, SPS, TPS, DBS, or similar systems; hands-on Lean/Agile with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to address strategic and operational challenges and deliver results.
• Lead design and implementation of transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign and process optimization.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and structured problem solving.
• Serve as trusted advisor on Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement practices.
• Coordinate HPS activities, promote engagement, and build alignment across the organization.
• Deliver HPS training and coach leaders, managers, and practitioners.
• Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Travel to business locations to support programs and stakeholder engagement.
