Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead a Lean/CI team and drive enterprise-wide transformation across Formulation areas. You will partner with site leadership to define a Lean roadmap, coach leaders, and deliver sustainable performance improvements.

Responsibilities include leading Lean events, applying IE methods, and managing a portfolio of improvement projects, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operational excellence roles.
• Leadership or people-management experience.
• Proven Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and project/program management experience.
• Strong leadership, change management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to other site locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Lean/CI specialists with capability growth.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives in Formulation areas.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute a Lean strategic vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive site-level transformation projects through coaching and change leadership.
• Lead Lean events such as Kaizen, VSM, A3, chalk circles, and Gemba walks.
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of CI projects aligned with business goals.
• Apply IE methods like time studies, flow analysis, and statistics to drive improvements.
• Improve line/process performance using OEE/OLE, process control, centerlining, and maintenance systems.
• Build Lean capability and leadership across the organization through coaching.
• Communicate progress with data-driven storytelling.
