Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in operational excellence, transformation, or management consulting.
  • Deep understanding of Lean, SPS, TPS, DBS, or similar systems.
  • Experience applying Lean and Agile methods in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

It brings together proven methods from Lean management, Agile methodologies, design thinking, strategy execution, and organizational change management to help teams solve complex problems, improve end-to-end performance, and deliver measurable, sustainable business outcomes at scale.**Your responsibilities:**As the HPS lead for the North America Commercial organization, you will partner with business leaders to identify improvement opportunities, lead transformation initiatives, and build a culture of continuous improvement.You will:* Partner with senior leaders to address strategic and operational challenges, improve organizational performance, and deliver measurable business results.* Lead the design and implementation of transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign, business process optimization, and performance improvement programs.* Facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops, Kaizen events, and structured problem-solving sessions to accelerate performance improvements.* Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams on Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement practices.* Coordinate and promote HPS activities across the organization, building engagement and alignment within the HPS community.* Deliver HPS training programs and coach leaders, managers, and practitioners on the practical application of HPS methodologies.* Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, track progress, and measure business impact.* Travel to business locations as required to support transformation programs and stakeholder engagement.**Required qualifications and experience:*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.* 10+ years of professional experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, enterprise transformation, management consulting, or a related field.* Deep understanding of Lean management systems and business system frameworks such as the Healthineers Performance System (HPS), Siemens Production System (SPS), Toyota Production System (TPS), Danaher Business System (DBS), Bosch Production System, or similar methodologies.* Demonstrated hands-on experience applying Lean and Agile methods, including:+ Value Stream Mapping+ Kaizen+ Structured Problem Solving+ Flow Optimization+ Visual Management+ Performance Management Systems+ Design Thinking* Proven success leading cross-functional transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation and value realization.* Strong facilitation skills with experience leading workshops, improvement events, leadership sessions, and executive presentations.* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions, levels, and organizational boundaries.* Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, execution, change management, and benefits tracking.* Advanced proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.**Preferred*** Experience in healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, manufacturing, or similarly complex industries.* Professional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Change Management, or related disciplines.* Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, analysis, or business processes.**What success looks like:**The successful candidate will combine the mindset of a transformation leader, the discipline of a Lean practitioner, and the credibility of a trusted advisor.
