Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC in the United States seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, resilient data center solutions for HPC workloads.

You will bridge product, infrastructure, and operations, translating business needs into integrated, scalable white space designs that align with customer requirements and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include defining reference architectures and guiding cross‑functional teams across data center builds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solution or systems architecture experience.
• Experience in HPC, cloud, or large-scale data centers.
• Experience integrating compute, storage and networking.
• Strong communication and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own solution-level design across compute, storage, networking and facilities.
• Translate workload requirements into scalable data center white space solutions.
• Define reference architectures for compute density, storage, and network integration.
• Collaborate with architects to deliver holistic designs.
• Create roadmaps and phased delivery plans.
• Support PoC and performance testing to validate viability.
• Ensure designs meet compliance, resiliency and sustainability requirements.
• Act as customer-facing technical partner in complex discussions.
